How do you go about achieving such results?
This is what I will explain to you thanks to my slimming method, the Chrono-Keto-Slimming (CKS Method).
First of all, I will let you know about my two secrets in order to practice this method:
1. Why do we gain weight?
2. How to lose weight quickly where it resists?
Our excess carbohydrates (or sugars) are at the heart of the problem that leads to insulin resistance.
In other words, the progressive inability of this hormone (insulin) to properly use carbohydrates and make them penetrate effectively into our cells.
This is the first time we understand that each of us has a "genetic threshold for carbohydrate tolerance" during our lives.

Once this threshold is exhausted, we develop a resistance to insulin that leads to weight gain. This is the major explanation that helps you understand why some people never gain weight and others do very quickly.
It is simply a metabolic injustice linked to this famous "carbohydrate tolerance threshold".
For some it is inexhaustible (perfect tolerance), they will never gain weight, for others it is particularly unfair: it is so low (extremely low carbohydrate tolerance) that they gain weight very quickly.
Don't worry if you are in the 2nd category, the CKS method will help you to tip the needle of the scales to the right side.
